When I became pregnant, it was important to me to stay healthy and active. For me, that included riding my bike for a majority of my commutes for as long as that felt comfortable. I found support from my immediate family and friends and from my physicians and midwives but found few resources online geared towards pregnant cyclists. As a result, I reached out to women sharing my outlook on pregnancy and asked them to talk about their experiences of trying to stay fit while pregnant.
