L., author and advocate behind Naturally Cycling Manchester, recently contacted me with some questions about cycling while pregnant. I was more than happy to answer as I would like to encourage as many women as possible to stay fit and active during pregnancy. Exercise and movement during pregnancy benefits both you and your baby, so keep up with your cycling, walking, swimming, yoga, or whatever else happens to suit you.
