What is in my bike basket? Well the last time I had a bike basket it was attached to my old college bike back at UCSB. It mainly held a towel for the beach on the spur of the moment tanning days. Books for class and my computer. Oh how I miss those care free bike filled days. Exercise and fun all at the same time. Now whenever I visit Santa Barbara I am driving around instead of the usual biking to get where I needed to go. I’ll have to rent a bike the next time I am in town and do it how I did 10 years ago! As well, I love staying at the South Coast Inn (www.goleta-hotel.com). So nice and actually really close to UCSB!

I have to agree with the comment above me actually! It’s hard to remember what was exactly in my basket (even the last time I had a bike with a basket!) I also went to UCSB and I love that I stumbled upon this blog! My books were mostly in my basket of the friend that didn’t have their bike with them that needed a ride! I miss those carefree days! I also miss Santa Barbara. The South Coast Inn (www.goleta-hotel.com) is where I call home whenever I go visit. I love renting bikes and hitting the trails like I used to, but no basket!
