Great guest post. Such a bummer that Indie didn’t like it right off. Sounds like there is some great advice in the comments though. My Frenchie loves to go on scooter rides and I have a doggie backpack that fits in the footwell of my scooter. If he sees the pack in the house he’ll cry by it until we put him in it. So cute! Don’t give up, but just working on her to get used to the burly and then the movement. Lots of praise and treats and patience.
Alison, thanks for the encouragement! I think I will try this with Indie some more just down the street and back and with lots of treats and her head free to look around. We’ll see, maybe I can make a cyclist out of her still.
